Gite Accommodation At Maison Lannet

The spacious ground floor is open plan with a lounge area with seats around the large fireplace, a dining table and a roomy kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, gas oven and four ring hob, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. All necessary cooking utensils are provided along with an iron and ironing-board. There is a large fridge-freezer in the kitchen, extra capacity for storing cold drinks and wine is available in the cellar. A door from the kitchen gives access to a balcony, with a table and chairs for alfresco dining, and steps down to the garden. You can enjoy your breakfast on the balcony and watch the deer in the field enjoying theirs, or savour a late evening glass of wine whilst watching the sunset.

The shower-room, also on the ground floor, has a large walk-in shower, hand-basin and w.c.

We provide all towels, including pool towels, along with tea-towels, kitchen cloths and cleaning materials. It’s all less for you to pack!!

Upstairs is a double bedroom and two rooms with single beds along with a separate w.c. with hand-basin. All bed-linen is provided, the beds will be made-up for your arrival and bed-linen will be changed weekly. All bedrooms have fans and plenty of storage and hanging space.

Full gas central heating is available for the winter and logs for the open fire.

Well behaved pets are welcome, we have two friendly dogs and a cat, and are quite happy to "pet sit" should you wish to go out for a full day.

Satellite TV with all U.K. Freeview channels, including radio, is available along with WiFi Broadband.

Off road parking for two cars is available.
